We know that nothing is more frustrating than when your device decides to stop working, especially when there are urgent tasks you need to get done.

Our professional team of technical support specialists are trained to resolve a variety of support requests in English or Spanish, including fixing your device’s hardware, getting you connected to the internet, or helping you use basic software like Microsoft Office or other web applications, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Basic repairs cost is $25.

Some computer repair services may require an additional charge.

  • Any additional parts that need to be ordered are added to the $25 basic repair fee.
  • Laptops that requires a screen replacement are charged a $35 repair fee.
  • Services that require us to open up the laptop will be charged $45.
  • Virus removals cost $45.
  • There may be other fees depending on the extent of service needed.
1-year-warranty

Our One Year Warranty

Bridge's computers come with a one-year hardware warranty. This warranty covers issues that have not been caused by the user. Issues caused by the user (physical damage, viruses, malware, and other software-related issues) can be repaired for a small fee.

Accessories that are included with a computer, such as a charger, monitor, or keyboard, are covered under the one-year hardware warranty and can be replaced if they are defective and the damage is not user-caused.

New accessories may be returned within seven business days if the package has not been opened. Used accessories may be returned within seven business days if they are in good working condition.

Laptop batteries are warrantied for seven business days.

Our trained technicians will get you back in business as soon as they can.

Every attempt will be made to complete your repair within two days . Once it is completed, we will call the number provided when the computer was dropped off. If you have questions, please contact us. We will respond at our earliest convenience.

This service is not available via shipping except for issues related to the one-year warranty for online orders.
