We created this course to help you improve your digital literacy and feel more confident using the internet. The lessons and activities in this course will help you learn how to use Google Maps.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

We’ll use step-by-step instructions to teach you some skills. It will be easiest to learn everything in this course if you try each step yourself as you go through the exercises.

How to use this site

If you’re using this site on your own, these instructions will help you learn how to use it.

Here are some examples of different kinds of questions. You can test them out.

Choose the number of stars that represent how much you agree. 5 stars means you definitely agree. 1 star means you don’t agree at all.

I like learning new things

Check off the foods you like to eat. Click or tap the box next to the foods you like.

What is your favourite ice-cream flavour? You can only select one choice.

What is your favourite sport? Click or tap in the box and type your answer using your keyboard.

When you're done all of the exercises, click or tap the “I’m done this activity” button and and you'll see a checkmark appear in the button, and beside the activity in the course menu. You can come back to any activity after you've finished it to review.
